To help us achieve these goals, we kindly invite you to read our spa policies. General Spa Policies MIMO SPA BOUTIQUE is a place of relaxation, peace, and harmony. We kindly ask all guests to maintain a respectful tone of voice and appropriate behavior to preserve a peaceful environment for everyone. Inside our treatment rooms, guests are required to wear underwear or disposable undergarments, as well as sanitized robes and slippers provided by MIMO Spa Boutique, depending on the treatment being performed. Out of mutual respect, full nudity is not permitted. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the treatment rooms. For your safety and well-being, please provide accurate and complete information during your consultation regarding any health conditions, including allergies, chronic illnesses, degenerative conditions, or other relevant medical concerns. This allows our team to provide appropriate guidance and recommend treatments suited to your individual needs. Minors may receive our services with parental consent and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Cancellation Policy All treatments at MIMO Spa Boutique require an appointment in advance and are subject to availability. Appointments may be scheduled through any of our official communication channels. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the session being considered completed and 100% of the session fee being charged. Exceptions may be considered in cases of force majeure, such as serious unforeseen circumstances or accidents. In these situations, guests may contact spa management to discuss a possible arrangement. Payment Policy All body treatment packages offer flexible payment options, divided into a maximum of three installments: 1. First payment: A deposit of $100.00 USD at the first appointment. 2. Second payment: Due at the fourth appointment. 3. Final payment: Due at the sixth appointment. The full package balance must be paid before completing the treatment program. In cases of pregnancy, travel, illness, or other circumstances beyond the guest's control that prevent the use of purchased treatments, an arrangement may be considered to transfer the remaining treatments to another person. Any transfer must be approved in advance by MIMO Spa Boutique management, and the package must be paid in full. Facial Treatment Payments Facial treatments must be paid for at the spa reception upon completion of the service. Body and Facial Package Expiration Policy Body and facial treatment packages are valid for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and will no longer be available for redemption. Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates are valid for a maximum of 2 months.
